Making Waves October 2020

I’ve been experimenting with some larger acrylic landscapes. I based this image on one of my old Überpaintings and just let it run to see what happened, as you scroll through you can see the simple changes with the palette.

I thought acrylic would be easier than watercolour however it presents a lot of challenges. As with watercolour I’m keeping the canvas as my white, there really is no substitute, it creates such a vibrant contrast.

When this virus is out of the way, I’d like to show a far bigger collection of these on a larger scale, they would really set a room alight.

These are all 50 x 70 cm, as the second image of each one shows they can simply be hung straight onto the wall with no frame required.

They are available here by blind bid; simply email me at info@mjforster.com with your bid in British pounds. Delivery as usual will be included with your bid, bear in mind that this is at least £40
